What's the right word for "time immemorium?"?

to say "when I was growing ol' jake just sat by the one store in town, waving at cars. Jake never got old, he just exists in time imemorium."

Is it in-memori-um, en memorium, etc etc?

Time immemorial. But it means a point in time so long ago that it is beyond the reach of memory or record, so I don't think you'd want to use it to refer to a contemporary person.
