Why do Trump and the conservative pundits focus solely on "Islamic terrorism," instead of just "terrorism?"?

From 9/11 to Jan. 2016, there has been more than 40,000 attempted terrorist attacks, or successfully executed terrorist attacks all around the globe.

And that doesn't even take into consideration ISIS's weekly Youtube upload where they behead another couple dozen innocent people on the beach, or setting them on fire alive in cages, or just grabbing an AK and putting a bullet in their head as they fall into a mass grave.

Left wing and right wing terrorism do exist. Before the 90s right wing terrorism overtook left wing terrorism as the most prolific. However, in recent years it has reverted back to left wing terrorism.
