Was that Pierre McGuire doing the women's water polo at Rio? What do you think of that? ...Can we avoid him?

He did this 4 years ago in London and by any account was terrible. As little as he understands about hockey (the fact that he's proudly anti-analytics speaks volumes as does the complete 180 he's made on Phil Kessel- he trashed him on a daily basis during his TSN1050 radio hits while he was playing for the Leafs), he knows even less about water polo. The only thing that would make it palatable if he were in the pool and talking to the players and telling them to go have fun (for the sheer comedic value).

I have this feeling that no matter what we do, Pierre is like one of those super bacterias that just won't go away.

He's annoying.

Maybe they should put him in the pool without his water wings.
