My dog has no appetite for 2 days and his tummy and butt area is turning yellow. Help!?

Update:

My dog hasn't had any appetite for anything since yesterday morning and I don't know why. Its been bothering me til today and now when I checked him, his tummy area (near the crotch) has turned yellowing, like its been deprived of blood and also his butt area. Can anyone help? Thanks!

    This is something you need to.ask a veterinarian. So DO organise a visit ASAP.Today is preferable as it could very well be something rather serious and uncomfortable for the dog.
