She is messing with you, probably just likes your attention. If her answers are so dry then maybe you should start being more distant as well. She asks so many questions because she wants to feel liked. She likes hearing you say that about her that's why she never answers anything about you either.

Maybe over the phone you can ask her if she likes you and see her response. That response will tell you a lot.

It depends if you want to just let it out and admit it and dont mind the response (obviously you will but im saying if you feel lile you cant hold it in) or if you only want to say it if she feels the same. From the 'one sentence stuff' I cant say I think that it's a good sign.. if she is keen to speak with you and seems to really enjoy the conversation then I think theres a chance. If you cant hold it in id just say come out with it and try not to be too nonchalant about it or she might not take you seriously.
