How long will it take for a porn addicts brain to return to normal after quitting?
Got bored of having shitty sex and knew porn was the cause. This is my 3rd time around and they say the third times the charm! It has been going very well as I am just not interested in porn anymore, and have decided to grow up and want to appreciate women as more than sexual objects. My real question is around how long will it take before my brain is back to normal, and I start to enjoy a porn free life. I ve heard anywhere from 3 months to a year and I suppose it depends on the person but a rough estimate would be nice

Search up NoFap and you'll come across many stories about men trying to reset their brains from porn. Based on the threads it apparently takes about 90 days of not watching porn or masturbating before the brain starts to rewire itself.

First of all, I'm very happy/proud that you decided to quit and also appreciate woman. I'm not sure but I think it might take around half a year.
