As long as you keep up on the maintenance, it should last a lot longer. I have a 2001 SLK230. I only drive it in the summers, but I still love it. It has about 80,000 miles on it.

We don't have crystal balls but what we can tell you is that you'll need to stay on top of scheduled maintenance including the expensive long term stuff, which at 75,000 miles will be coming due in the next 10-15,000 miles. Consult your owners manual to get a sense of what the big ticket items are vs the small ticket items
