Do you think this is a reasonable reason to cancel a job interview?

I have waited 3 months to receive a call from this company. The director finally called me on Friday saying he wanted to meet 'next Tuesday' but he didn't specify if he meant the 23rd or the 29th. He called me on his personal cell phone and not the company phone. He also told me to meet at 8:30 a.m. and then rudely hung up. I looked up recent reviews of the company and they have received bad reviews, with people warning not to work for them! I don't know if I should call his cell phone back or leave an e-mail or a message on the company phone system. This company is located about 50 miles from my house. Please answer what you would do!

Update:

Also during the 30 second phone call he said "I have to get off the line, I have other phone calls to make!" which I thought was rude considering I will have to drive over half and hour to meet for the interview.

Next Tuesday would mean the next Tuesday that comes up. Which would be the 23rd.

This sounds very rude. I don't know an employer at any level that would conduct a business call like this. Even if they only had a few minutes for you.

You leave a message with the company, never on a personal phone line.

Leave a email direct to him.

Extend the courtesy of either calling to say you are not available for interview or leave a message to that effect.
