Dropping college classes? Who to talk to?

Well I applied for school in May but school starts next week and right now I am so stressed out about this right now. I didn't qualify for any scholarships and I have a stressful/demanding job and that I go my letter for a scholarship that everyone gets but according to them "I" make to much and I only make $10/hr and this girl who makes $15/hr got the full scholarship. So at this point I want to give up and try again later when I feel its the right time. But I don't know who to talk to? I do I talk to Student affairs or Financial aid? Please serious answer.

Are you signed up for classes? If so, talk to registration. You do need to drop them before the deadline or you will end up having to pay for them (and failing them if you aren't taking them). Some schools allow you to drop classes online, but the registration office will be able to help you.
