i work in behavioral health and juvenile delinquency. It’s a new position that was funded to hire. I’ve asked but not much and they said it’s a supervisory position and would be the immediate contact with referrals and intake process and hiring and firing employees. I’m just trying to find some answers on what you know of a position like this? I was also told when we get referrals I will assign the case to a certain counselor to look after this certain child and family helping them back into society. 🤷🏽‍♂️

Well I am a foster parent and I have had these children in my care for 5 years so they look up to me as their parent. The case is currently in permanency but were recently removed from my care because the worker has something against me and my family. I have brought this to the director and nothing was done. I saw the children once since the removal and all they did was cry to come home to me and wouldn’t let go of me. I also asked the social worker I want to go for custody and then that’s when all these accusations start coming up. I’ve taken this removal very hard because I had the children for a very long time and I had the youngest since he was 1 years and the girl since she was 4 and the boy when he was 7. The children know they have biological parents as I told them and I agreed to start having visitations at the county office to get to know her but she keeps falling off the wagon and going back to drugs. Anywho I was asking can I take the social services to court for a custody battle? I’ve been told we can and the children were in my home more than 6 months(more like 5 years) I have proof of what the children told me while they had visits with their mother and what she said and I have audio and I am very close with the family and they’re on my side and want me to get custody of the children. I know this a dumb question but I dearly miss the children and want them back in my care permanently. Please NO smart remarks thank you.

I am talking about case files and permanency. Well they told me its not an indefinite thing? I want to know the exact explanation of what this actually means. I know it has to do with forever or no exact time if I am correct? Thanks in advance who can answer this for me without rude comments.

Well I'm recently a foster parent to a relative but the grandmother wants to take over. Is there a way we can ask the social worker to switch names and have my name off there and change to the grandmothers name(the grandmother is my mom and lives in the current household" I do have other foster kids but she just wants this baby in her care. Any questions will help before I ask the worker the steps. Thanks.

What can we do and can't do as a Notary public? I work in family court and we have paperwork that has to be signed by a Notary public before we can proceed to court. I'm not sure if I can sign client based paperwork since my name is in back of the paperwork, after paperwork is turned in I have to over look after our case managers enter the information and I have to make sure everything is accurate and correct with the files I have, if correct I'll stamp, sign and stamp our county seal. I was mainly asking what we can or can not sign and can we ask what we are signing and can we read the paperwork making sure it isn't fraud or anything? Can I refuse to sign paperwork if I believe it's fraud?

I know what the position is, and everything in the job description they asked for I do at my current and past jobs. Only thing is I don't know they'll ask me, I pretty much have the basics they ask like "How to handle stress, working under pressure, How to handle an upset client, Strengths and Weaknesses, Describe yourself, Working with various Microsoft software" Some more I remember but cannot think right now as I have an overload with this. I do want this job as its better pay for me, financially. If anyone has any ideas on what they'll ask me in my interview that will be great and appreciated. I'm confident about this but on some I might just have to wing it and take my time to answer the questions I'm not sure about. I work with various software programs and I catch on pretty quick, I caught onto my works software after 3 weeks. Anything will help, please no rude comments.

So I just accepted a job offer with better benefits and pay, the thing is I haven't been in my position very long 4 months to be exact and I feel this company is going somewhere that I don't feel apart of anymore but I just don't know how to tell my boss and supervisor, that I plan on leaving. I asked couple friends and they just tell me to do a resignation letter to my boss that my termination will be effective immediately after Sunday. I want to put in my two weeks notice but I want to leave this place ASAP! I cannot handle being in this position anymore even though I have a nice coworker and supervisor but everything is getting strict like were little kids and trapped in a building for 8 hours and we're not entitled to get holidays off we MUST work if we're scheduled to work. This position I accepted has Mon-Fri and a hour lunch break and gets Holidays off and Admin leave if bad weather is upon us like this morning roads were so bad someone almost rear ended me and 2 cars rear ended each other in front of me so that was scary.

I just don't know how to say and doing a resignation letter without notice would most likely make me look bad but it's a good reason because I have a car payment that's over $400/month and I only make $10/hr so that's almost my whole check.

Sorry if I dont make sense but what would you do?

As of now I read a status from this mother, and she asked her social worker if any of her family filed for foster care for this baby and all she said was No, is it supposed to be confidential where the baby is at? Or which family member has the baby? Being the baby is in Child protective services the mother is not supposed to know where the baby is at. I got word from my social worker the mother is in treatment and is cooperating now but does it take awhile for the baby to go back in the mothers custody?

I'm in the process of receiving my nephew from Foster care and CPS is placing him with me under Kinship. I'm currently working with CPS right now they told me by Wednesday or next week he'll be in my care. On the other note his grand mother is filing for him to get him. I do have proof she can't care for him and also threatens her own daughter so this concerns me if he gets in my care under Kinship she'll take him or is that impossible once he's under my care. The CPS worker told me it's permanent but the mother has a chance to get better and do what they ask.

Also I know that side of the family and they're pot heads and I know for a fact they won't quit just like that. So while he's under Kinship can they do anything or is it only the mother being he's already with family? This does concern me a lot I just don't think they're ready to have him just yet they can barely care for themselves and the house they live in is disgusting last time I knew they went all winter with no heat and just used Heaters. Also the grandmother is disabled so she isn't able to care for herself or anyone living with her is. I know once she gets him in his care the mother will always be over there arguing with her mom and fighting that's the main reason he got taken was due to Assault in the home and CPS don't know if he witnessed it. So please real answers is it possible for someone to get foster care for him once he's in Kinship care?

Well I just recently got kinship for a relative and I seen a post that the grandmother is filing to get foster care for this relative will she be able to if he's under my care? I was told once he's in my care as Kinship no one can't touch him until the mother cooperates with CPS and courts. CPS told me by the looks the relative might not return to parent being she wasn't cooperating with CPS and refusing drug tests for them. I do have this mother added and all she talks about is getting high and what not. So is it possible for the grandmother to get this relative back if this relative is in with family already? Also this grandmother smokes Marijuana and does pills or you know snorts pills and has no job to care for this child and lives in a home that isn't suitable for this child? Sorry if I make this confusing.

Well last week my right side was in pain and my right cheek got swollen so I went to the dental today and they said my wisdom tooth came in and should be removed soon. How would describe the pain? Or I mean after the procedure I had my top 2 removed but I was like 8 I barely remember it. Just parts of it.

The dental told me my wisdom teeth are fully out now and asked if I feel it pushing on my teeth and I said no they feel normal as before. I also heard when they're fully out it will be easier for them to remove instead of one that's impacted. Please let me know if you had yours removed recently and your experience and if that the fully out part is true. thanks in advance.

I ve been thinking of going for my business management degree for my 2 years only and if I like it i ll go for my bachelors in this major. I ve been hearing its easy and some are saying its hard. So I m not sure what to think about this degree? How would you describe this major?

So I got a letter from them for kinship, I gladly accepted because he needs to be in a home with family members and people that aren t related to him.

I have to go to my local Children services and do paperwork and get my background check and all that done. He is 4 and half hours away from us but he never grew up here or around us but remembers us when we go visit (when he was with his mother). I do want him in my care now that and everyone told me to do it so he can grow up around family members if his mother don t cooperate with them and don t do what they ask.

I also have a question how they knew my address no one in our family knows our physical address just the ones who live here. Everyone just knows my P.O Box but on the letter only had street address that s it. Can they access these things or someone had to tell them? Lol

Well I just got this laptop in 2015 as brand new and I rarely used it but I tried rebooting to factory setting but after I tried it said "Could not restore PC" so I shut down my laptop and turned it on and the Acer logo just keeps going in a loop I left it on for 24 hours and it just keep doing the same. I tried everything F3, F1, Alt & F10, F12 nothing works it won t boot up. PLEASE HELP!!

I know it isn't my rotors, I just replaced them not long ago. I know my Tire pressure is low, my TPS light has been over a month I was honestly waiting for one of my tires to go flat but I bought this PSI checker and I checked my tires and all 4 are at 30 PSI and I drive a 2012 Chevy Sonic 4 dr Sedan. I did check my placard on the door and it says "Cold weather Front: 35 PSI Rear: 35 PSI" so I don't know how much air to put in. If you know this one let me know thanks.

I noticed when I start my car it sounds like I need steering wheel fluid but I don't have anything for it I checked all my belts and everything is still in good shape so I don't know where the noise is coming from. When I turn the steering wheel it makes that noise as well. I don't like taking my car to the dealership because they charge a lot I asked how much it will be to just look to find the problem and they told me $85 and I will NOT take my car to any other mechanic unless they recommend it but I will always go through the dealership. So can anyone help me? With either or both Thanks in advance if you know the problems.

Well I applied for school in May but school starts next week and right now I am so stressed out about this right now. I didn't qualify for any scholarships and I have a stressful/demanding job and that I go my letter for a scholarship that everyone gets but according to them "I" make to much and I only make $10/hr and this girl who makes $15/hr got the full scholarship. So at this point I want to give up and try again later when I feel its the right time. But I don't know who to talk to? I do I talk to Student affairs or Financial aid? Please serious answer.

I know its putting data and all that in a computer, but is it a hard job to do or just stressful sometimes? I am experienced in hotel night audit, but when I did night audit I was put in charge but I only have 6 months of experience since a day shift position opened but now I am going for a Revenue Auditor for my casino but since I couldn t find any answers if the job is a LOT harder then Night audit being I will be doing audit for the whole casino. I am not good with numbers, but I am comfortable with working with them.. I spoke with my fellow night auditors I was going for the position and they were like "Omg, that will be a hard job to do, more advanced" but what I been told is everyone has a first and can learn from scratch on what to do. I basically taught myself how to do Night audit without any help, it helped me improve my hotel skills and working with numbers. I HATE math but comfortable working with numbers as I just said. I did ask for a trial in that position to see if I can really do it but my General Manager said no because it contains confidential information hat I cannot see without the Audit title in my file. But sorry if I make it confusing but please explain to me how it is to be in a position that high then lower positions. Like I said I love jobs with a lot of paperwork because it keeps me busy and I like to be busy because then that will feel like a real job to me then working in Hotel.

I went to the doctor to get checked out and my ears were normal and they seen nothing wrong with them. But 2 months ago I was the one who found my niece hanging and ever since that day I been getting the dizziness feeling but only happens when light flashes from the corner of my eyes or if I am tired from not getting enough sleep, and I get this weak feeling and if I do NOT eat during lunch time I get kind of a weak feeling in my legs and arms that if I stand up ill fall down but don't. When I use the bathroom the feeling goes away I went to the hospital to get tested for a diabetic but my tests came back negative and I been having abdomen pain and sharp pain in my sides and I had a MRI done but they found nothing. It seems like ever since that day everything in my body has been going wrong but the doctors cannot find anything. So any answers on what this could be ?

Well I will be going to a college grad party and I dont drink as much I usually drink til my legs feel numb and like noodles but still walkable. Also note I work the next morning but was wondering I will usually leave around 10pm. They re starting at 7pm & I will probably go to bed around 11pm and wake up around 6;30/6:40am. So I will only drink til I feel drunk not buzzed.

It s a 2012 Chevy Sonic 4 door. Well it recently just started and it only happens when I am driving. When it first started it scared me so I pulled over and tried take made the same noise so I stopped and put in park and got out and turned my wheel to the right and to the left and I heard like a rock sound fall out and after I took off it quit and maybe a week later it started again. I looked on google and all they said my bolts might be loose or might need new rotors and brake pads but when I step on the brakes. I know how my brakes sound when they are starting to wear down and when I start to slow down I hear nothing it seems after I slam on it quits but after a mile or so it comes back. I noticed when I going over 75 and slam on my car shakes. So could it possibly be my rotors touching the brakes or whatever? Sorry if I made this a bit confusing or a lot. I couldn t word anything my laptop is slow and is making me frustrated.
