Aced laptop stuck in boot loop?

Well I just got this laptop in 2015 as brand new and I rarely used it but I tried rebooting to factory setting but after I tried it said "Could not restore PC" so I shut down my laptop and turned it on and the Acer logo just keeps going in a loop I left it on for 24 hours and it just keep doing the same. I tried everything F3, F1, Alt & F10, F12 nothing works it won t boot up. PLEASE HELP!!

i've had this happen where the main drive gets corrupt and wiped.

Press and hold the Power key for 5 seconds to power the system off completely.

Press the Power key to turn on the computer.

Press the Alt and F10 keys at the same time when the Acer logo appears on the screen. Your system should boot to a blue screen that says Choose an option.

    Select Troubleshoot.

Click Reset your PC. This process will erase all data on the your system. Choose the Refresh your PC option if you want to restore your system and retain your data.

Click Next, then select Just remove my files.

Click Reset to begin the recovery.

if nothing works, might need to take it back to where you bought it from if it's still under warranty cover.

F2 and F8 are the usual restore/setup keys, try booting from external media (usb or dvd)
