What can cause Vertigo?
I went to the doctor to get checked out and my ears were normal and they seen nothing wrong with them. But 2 months ago I was the one who found my niece hanging and ever since that day I been getting the dizziness feeling but only happens when light flashes from the corner of my eyes or if I am tired from not getting enough sleep, and I get this weak feeling and if I do NOT eat during lunch time I get kind of a weak feeling in my legs and arms that if I stand up ill fall down but don't. When I use the bathroom the feeling goes away I went to the hospital to get tested for a diabetic but my tests came back negative and I been having abdomen pain and sharp pain in my sides and I had a MRI done but they found nothing. It seems like ever since that day everything in my body has been going wrong but the doctors cannot find anything. So any answers on what this could be ?
I was also prescribed Anxiety pills and the dizziness was still there. Everything was just fine before all of this can it be from not crying if possible ?

Sounds like a case of low blood sugar coupled with lack of sleep from your description. Try eating regular balanced meals and have sufficient sleep. Try to target for 8 hours starting from between 9 to 10pm (but if you awake on your own in less time, don't fret - it simply means your body is rested with less than 8 hours required). Keep some candy with you to suck on when you feel dizziness coming, and see if it helps after a few days. Also, take note of any activities (like bright, flashing lights or loud, low sounds) that may cause dizziness to occur, and try to avoid them.
I'm only suggesting the above since you have some scans done professionally and there may be a chance it is simply fatigue and low blood sugar. Else, consult different doctors for more opinions on potential underlying problems not initially suspected by professionals.

Get these tests done. Blood sugar. Thyroid. Blood pressure. Potassium levels. The pain in your side may be gas forming from not eating enough. Better to nibble lots of little meals during the day then to have 3 big meals. The flashing in your eyes happens when your blood pressure shoots up and then drops down after. The right medication and nibbling through the day could straighten you out.
