Which belief is worse, paganism or atheism?

Before I answer the question, I'd like to point out that some monotheists are pagan.

That said, neither are any better or worse than the other. It just depends on where the person with the belief takes it.

Atheism is the rejection of a god/gods claims and is a lack of belief of that topic.... so your question is really like asking which is a larger number, 1 or X? It's nonsensical.

Religion, Atheism is not a belief, except to those who do not know what thinking and intelligence are.

Atheism is not a belief. That said, any belief that requires supernatural thinking is ultimately harmful.

I would say paganism, because you still have an irrational belief in a pantheon of deities for whom no evidence of existence is available.

Atheism isn't a belief. By default, paganism is the worse belief since it's the only belief you presented us.

Agnostic is not a third position, it is a descriptor to be added in front of atheism or theism. Atheism and theism are the broadest (and only needed) positions regarding a BELIEF in a god or gods. Agnosticism deals nothing with belief, and only knowledge.

Disbelief is the opposite of belief. It is not a belief in itself.

I wouldn't choose sides. Both the pagan and the atheist are lost.

Christianity and Islam are much worse.
