Multivitamins for muscle building?

So basically I got "one a day" 50 plus not realizing it. With that said aren't all multivitamins the same basically? For men anyways. Basically what's missing from my diet now is some good nutrients I only get at dinner Because I eat light til dinner. So wouldn't taking 50 plus have the same vitamins as taking a regular multivitamin with just a different name?

    It's just multivitamins, if your not getting enough vitamins and minerals, get multivitamins, that's why they are called supplement, because they supplement your extra needs. You should just keep eating I take one in the morning AFTER I ate my breakfast and waited a while. or maybe one with lunch. Idk you Choose when you want to take it. And no multivitamins won't really aid you in muscle building.
