is it possible for google and social media networks like youtube to track down and remove any form of racism?

    No, because racism is a subjective thing. Lately anything that one group doesn't like is called racist, even though it may only be in poor taste. So you'd have every bit of content on the Net removed eventually, because you can always find a group that will call it racist.

    Too many people think that there is some kind of law that says no one else may offend them.. and there is no such law. Because you are offended by something, does not make it racist, or illegal, or even any of your business.
