They will if one gets a crazy amount of reports and they can even ban users but nah, typically not. A lot of those sites promote a little something called freedom of speech. Democracy is a beautiful thing isn't it? Racism is low but at the end of the day reporting people or asking for comments to be removed is pointless. just block them or ignore them
