My main question is, I am intending to make a documentary style biographical book about the Virtual Boy (Failed consoled in the 90s) using pictures. Most of which copyrighted from the 1990s. All the text of the book would be my own but the pictures are necessary.

I assume their has to be a loop hole because their are so many photo biographical books and i m sure not every one found every single photographer and paid 200 different people royalties. Isn t their a creative commons and fair use policy that protects using copyrighted material so long as it s transformative, in the context of education (which this will be) and in the context of a documentary (which this will be)

I basically want to chronicalize in a picture book, the rise, the fall, the pros, cons and theories surrounding the virtual boy all in one coffee table picture book.

Is it legal to use pictures others took of the VB with photo credit given under the picture and say a logo or a quote or two. With my story of the VB being essentially all the rest?

Ok, so I am a young adult, looking to start off on getting good credit for the future. I have a job and wouldn't mind getting good enough credit in a few years.

Currently I did a credit Karama check, I'm at a 566. Says I need improvement but NOBODY and I mean NOBODY will give me a line of credit. I just want a chance. Even if it's 200 or something. I just need to start somewhere and get my credit going.

Ok, so me and my son (who's 8 years old) went to a denn'ys for breakfast this morning. The girl's name was Amy. She waited on us. She was super friendly with my son and made him laugh the whole time which was awesome. But when talking with her she asked about him. And then she said "You're handsome, you take after daddy". Than later on she came back with my eggs and said "You know how I like my eggs" and I said "How" and than she hunkered down and whispered in my ear "fertilized" and than softly licked my ear lobe. Than she started giving me a hickey mid dinner. My son was confused so I told him I was bitten by a king cobra when he wasn't looking and she was getting the deadly venom out. He regarded her as saving daddy's life. I tipped her 3 bucks.

Why would one fear god if we are him and he is us and we are fully devoted to him. Shouldn t we feel open to god and not fearful? I hear the saying a lot. "I am a god fearing man" I know it means he believes in god and respects his judgement but isn t the word fear misused?

I plan on going around april after I save up about 2,000-3000 dollars. I live relatively close (Massachussetts) so I can drive there myself or take a bus for cheap which takes out the plane prices. Which leaves me with hotels, tourist spots and the all around dos and don'ts. where not to wander to. what subways not to take. Thanks for any tips.

Also is the Sharidan Hotel in Times Square a good hotel. It's a 4 star hotel. 600 for 2 nights, 3 people. Not bad. It lucks beautiful. I always wanted a hotel where I could overlook the bright lights of times square and not have to wander too far to see the stores and wander around times square. I want to be able to wake up at like 3am and see the city that never sleeps at night bustling. without wandering far from my hotel.

I might have pu the wrong thing on the application too, I put GED when I have a hiset which is more like a dilpoma although it is a high school equivelant similar to a GED. It's much better and more rigorous. But either way I put GED.

I have had interviews with the local police for gun licenses which I assume would be so much more scary than dealing with some random person at a job.

Like if I wanted to buy an ounce or so of gold to capitalize on the ever growing value of gold under Trump where would I go for that? A Pawn shop or is their a special gold broker? It has to be at weight value and not a dime more.

For example, if I were to paint a picture of Batman or created pixel creations of Mario characters from my own imagination and design and it was art work could I sell them or would that be infriging on copyright laws?
