Is vegetarian/vegan diet mostly associated with liberals than conservatives?

Question

If there are conservatives who are vegan, it would have to be the religious ones from Abrahamic religions like the Seventh-Day Adventist Chruch.

But in the political side (particularly in North America and the rest of western sociey), I find that those who are vegetarian are usually political leftists, and thos who are against vegetarian diet are on the right. I am not surpised that if a vegan goes to a Trump rally, and hold a sign that says "Go Vegan," Trump would tell people to get him/her out of there. I have yet to hear Trump slam vegans. We know that former president Bill Clinton is currently a vegan and you know who he is supporting.

So are Conservatives the least vegan friendly? Are liberals more vegan friendly?

Liberals are more likely to be veg than cons. 
You're correct there. Something about eating pork chops or steak to a con is a peer pressure and image thing.

I mean, I've been vegetarian since 2011 and am rather libertarian so people have their preferences.

People who want desperately to stand out will find a way of doing so. The Left, rather than being an ideology, is a collection of malcontents aligned with their own selfish special interest. Sounds like Veganville if I've ever imagined one.
