Why is my monitor screen blank when I start up my computer?

Update:

when cable was plugged in my cpu then there is no view and when i plugged out the cable there is veiw?

    when I am starting my computer, after Windows LOGO I got full black screen, I even tried a monitor with my laptop but same goes there. PLEASE HELP :(.

    1) UNPLUG THE LAPTOP

    2) REMOVE THE BATTERY

    3) HOLD DOWN THE POWER BUTTON FOR ABOUT 30 SECONDS TO 2 MINUTES

    4) THEN PUT THE BATTERY BACK IN

    5) START IT UP..

    This one didin't worked for me, I tried this twice but still I am getting black screen

    Is it always black? No matter how long you wait? If do, check that all the cables are connected, then try to see if there's any signal? If that still doesn't work. Try buying a new cables.

    May be you didn't connect power cable properly.
