There is no Ramses pyramid. The pharaohs named Ramses were in the New Kingdom. The pyramids were built in the Old Kingdom. The New Kingdom pharaohs were interred in rock-cut tombs in the Valley of Kings.
Imhotep is the earliest recorded Egyptian architect. He did a step pyramid for Pharaoh Djoser.

You have to know which pyramid you want specifics for since they are different sizes. The Wikipedia article may not list how many blocks total went into construction. And it would only be an estimate.
