Yes, it is okay to say that to her, but be careful if you decided to say that. Because you may have been flirting before, but if you tell her that she's really going to know that you really like her. And that might either
1) Work out for you because she starts feeling things for you after realizing your feelings.
Or
2) It might completely destroy your friendship with her because she found out your feelings but doesn't feel the same way.
I'm not saying either of those will happen but just be prepared if you say that and they do.

Depends on what type of girl she is. Imo, I would find that a bit awkward or weird and would just "lol" it off. If she's a 'bad' girl, this will do maybe. BUT please consider this. Maybe "Even if every sexy girl wanted my love/heart/whatever u want/, I'd still rather give it to you"
