ok i was falling asleep then when i was sleeping my eyes were wide open and i was panicking and sweating also i couldn't talk or move my body
what was happening to me?

It may have been sleep paralysis which hits just at the point where you are waking up. If it was a seizure, you would have no memory at all of it. I was at a wedding where the bride had an epilepsy seizure (she warned it would probably happen) and when she came out of it a few minutes later, she said "oh, I must have had another one". She was pretty calm about it but still wasn't sure what happened.

It sounds like sleep paralysis. It wouldn't hurt to be seen by a neurologist, though.

Sleep paralysis. Happens to many people. Don't sweat it.
