Can I install windows 10 on a computer without a disk drive?

By "disk drive", I presume that you mean a DVD or Blu-ray drive, since installing Windows absolutely requires a hard disk drive or solid-state drive (SSD).

Using the laptop, convert the DVD to an ISO file, then use Microsoft's Windows USB/DVD Download Tool to transfer the ISO to a flash drive.

The DVD-to-ISO conversion can be done with any of a number of free utilities, such as InfraRecorder and ISO Recorder.

When done, the flash drive will contain a bootable image of the original DVD.  Boot the new computer from the flash drive, then proceed with a normal installation.

click download tool now. then run the program and select the option to make an .ISO for a usb flash drive.

It works the same way a dvd does, you put in usb stick, boot from the stick using boot menu, then install windows from the usb stick. Its much faster than DVDs.

It will require another pc to do this though. But once you have the bootable flash drive you will have it forever basically.

You can make a bootable USB drive, which the others gave you instructions to do.

Otherwise you're stuck with a USB DVD drive, which is what I did, since I still wish I had one from time to time.

You can get a disk drive that hooks up via USB but that's about all you can do I think.

you can share a networked drive, or you can mount an iso image from a usb stick for example using magiciso. there are lots of ways to do it.

You can download the installer (Win10) directly from MS to use on a thumbdrive.
