a general question on USA Immigration.?

does anyone know on here what happens, say if my mum is transferred through her job from the UK to the USA could my dad and myself go to. any advice will be great thank you

or am i to pay for a immigration lawyer?

    Your dad can be added as a dependent on her visa. If you are under 18 you can also be added

    If you are 18 or older, you can't. If you wanted to be in the US with them and are 18 or older, your only real option would be to apply to a university near where they are living and go on a student visa

    Your mothers employer arranges all that, she would need to inform them she has a spouse an minor child as the employer will arranging and applying for her work visa.....

    depend on what visa she gets Probably an L or an H ...

    that info is needed

    but you dont actually have a job offer

    You both will get dependent visas each. Your father will not be able to work.
