Two of my friends, say A and B feel entitled (I believe). They frequently complain that "this relative did not help in this."?

I am giving more details which I was not allowed to put in the question. Thanks for reading.

They never praise any relative or show any gratitude for the help their relatives gave them. I am tempted to give them advice and mend their life. I am a layman and am not a trained psychologist.

Both of them were youngest in their families. Both had rich fathers who died early. Their widowed mothers reared them, and I think spoiled them. Both A and B are extremely lazy and never worked hard ever in their life. A is 37 years old, unamarried and was never employed. B is 65 years old, has a family and retired from lowest paying jobs which never needed hard work. Should I give advice without being ever asked? Will it do good or will it do the opposite?
