Can I use sunscreen as a heavy moisturizer too?
So I'm using this skin whitening soap called "Marie France Kojic Acid Soap" and the directions stresses out that you will need to put on heavy moisturizer on after you use the soap because it is very drying to the skin. But I would like to know if sunscreen is strong enough by itself to moisturize your skin. Because it is time consuming to put on both, plus I heard that using moisturizer and sunscreen at the same time lessens the effect of the sunscreen's ability to protect your skin from the sun.

Sunscreen is for blocking UV rays, not for giving moisture to the skin. I would not use it as a moisturizer because that is not what it is intended for.

Probably not? It probably wouldn't do much harm to your skin but it isn't going to moisturize your skin either

I think?
