Why are you singling out just Lutherans?
Wouldn't anyone who isn't Baptist be condemned to hell?

Not necessarily.
Religion never "saved" anyone.
What matters is whether or not they are "saved." Saved from the consequences of their sins.
To be "saved," they must first repent, and then turn from their evil ways, and then follow Jesus.
It is likely that there are some Lutherans who are "saved," and some Lutherans who are not "saved."

P.S. And I was raised in a Lutheran Church, and then migrated to a Baptist Church in my early 20's.

Baptists believe they're the only ones going to heaven, just like other denominations believe about denominations that are not theirs.
