Do people usually get "overheated" by standing in 79 degree shade at 9:30 in the morning?

Or is this more common to very ill people?

It must be common enough that she was not taken to the hospital. I'm pretty sure that if Trump had collapsed like that he would have been taken to the hospital and not to his kid's apartment. And someone needs to be following up on the pneumonia diagnosis because the usually requires a chest x-ray and there is no indication that tht was ever done.

I heard an interesting speculation today that makes a lot of sense.

Perhaps Hillary wears a bullet proof vest. That would explain the baggy clothes, the stumbling gait, and fainting in relatively comfortable weather.

I'm not saying that's the case, but it does make a certain amount of sense.

She had pneumonia, went anyway and yes, it was hot under the bulletproof vest she has to wear in public. You don't have to be very ill, certainly being ill at all doesn't mean much, people don't stay home from work like they used to either, no one makes a fuss about it.

Right wing knows trump can't win in a fair election, now resorting to trying to get Clinton to drop out beforehand. Like that will work.

She has pneumonia I admire her grit for going to the ceremony honouring Americans while she's sick

It was 82 degrees and 40% humidity, but if you are dog sick that could make you pass out.
