Help, I have spirit possessions?

Hi, I have spirit possessions since the past two years. But I was confused since two years, but today I did research and known that's what I have. This spirit possessions made me do violence last year against my neighbours. I was hearing voices including swearing and death threats. But now since the past two years the bad luck is running. It did got better when i went to another country but when I came to England 2 months ago, everything like before is bad luck now. I feel my house is haunted. I also feel control over my body, like the body vibrates the nerve for no reason. I need help? Please tell me what I can do to get rid of spirit possessions.

Note: I am a sikh.
