Is 200-220 too heavy for a High School varsity 11th grade running back/OLB? I?
I have the speed, strength, agility, tackling ability, etc. To play these 2 positions.

Yes, based on your height and weight, I believe that you will make a very good fit at RB and OLB. For your age, you have the ideal size for a high school junior RB and OLB.
My best advice for you is to work hard and perform very well in practice every day. In addition, what you need to do this (and every) off season is eat healthy, exercise by doing weight lifting, and either jogging or going for a long run every day. If you do these things, you will get faster, stronger, and into better shape, which will greatly improve your chances of becoming a successful, top notch high school football player who could go on to play football in college.

no. especially for a olb. but, for a running back, you can use your size to hopefully break through tackles, and be a goal line or short 3rd down back.

Are you starting? If yes, then you're not too heavy. Has your coach put you in those positions? If yes, then you're not too heavy. Are you even on the team? If yes, then your coach will put you at the right positions.

If you had the speed, strength, agility, tackling ability, etc. to play those positions you'd be on the team and wouldn't have to aks.
