What strategy has worked for you in finding work?

You don't have time? You have all the time in the world. Stop talking about what you can't do, and start talking about what you CAN do. For starters, if you get off of work @ 10:00pm, you're probably home and in bed sleeping by 11:00pm, provided you don't have some outrageous commute time. Given your beauty rest, you should be waking up around 6am-7:00am in the morning. What are you doing for the next 8-9 hours before you go back to work? Or all day Tuesday and Wednesday while you're off? Not to be rude, but it sounds as though you expect someone to just knock on your door and give you a job. I've been happily employed my entire life, and I've always lived by the old adage, "You get out of life exactly what you put into it." And right now my friend, you don't seem to be putting very much effort into it. Best of luck though...

Jobs on line, networking and...this one has worked wonders...identifying businesses that do the sort of work that I do and then I go to these business and start knocking on doors. People have a very difficult time turning you away if you're standing there, face to face with your resume in hand.
