I m making an email account for my small photography business. Is there a free/cheap way I can get a professional-looking email address, like myname@businessname.co.uk or something along those lines? TIA

sure. just go to http://gmail.com/
you can get as many free emails as you want there.
if you want a CUSTOM email address, you have to pay for those. most web domain hosting websites will give you a dozen or so free custom email addresses when you sign up for domain hosting. here's one:

you need to at least have a domain you own ($20 annually and up), and then you can buy email service for that domain ($1 per month and up). and if you don't have any web storage, you will either need to buy web hosting storage (which means you could have a website as well), or pay more per month for that...
