Coolant Reservoir Cap is stuck. What to do?

2005 Suzuki Forenza

Can I use WD-40 or 3 in 1 lubricant oil?

I used a cleaning cloth to get a better grip, but the plastic cap is stuck hard.

Then use a large water pump pliers. Penetrating oil isn't going to do anything on plastic except make it harder to grip the cap. Radiator caps on the actual radiator need to be pressed down after the initial turn before removing it all the way.

If it doesn't twist, it is melted together, which I doubt. If it does twist, it should come off. Get a guy to help you.
