Politics users: How did you treat the latest Yahoo Answers "top `answer-ers [sic]`" poll?
Here are my answers for the first, and only useful, page. What do you think?
Ampersands indicate my selections. "Ordering" questions were done completely at random. Text that is typed below a list of possible answers represents my response to an "other (please specify)" type question. Sorry, folks; it's gonna have to come in updates.
1. When was the last time you accessed Yahoo Answers on the mobile website?
Today
This week
This month
This year
&Never
2. Have you used, or ever wanted to use one of the following in an answer?
&Emoji
&Video
&List
&Text formatting (Bold, Italics, Underlining)
&Code Highlighting
&Audio
&News Article
&Whitespace Formatting (Spaces, Returns and Tabbing)
&Image
&Citation
&Link
&Other (please specify)
Again: formatting! Free the italic, the boldface, the underlined, and - if yet ye possesseth the bravery - the ordered and unordered lists!
3. Would you expect to see your old content on the new app?
Yes, my content is very important to me
Yes
No
No, I would be surprised to see it
I don't plan to use the new app
&Other (please specify)
Why would a "new app" access different content? Do people get different NEWS on www.cnn.com when they access it from a phone versus a desktop / tablet? Do I see a different reality through contact lenses than I do glasses? Good luck with "Welcome to the new Yahoo! News. As it's just been launched today, news prior to today simply does not exist! WTF, regardless, is anyone to make from "the new app?" WTF does that mean? **** "the new app" and **** you.
4. Do you currently hide your Yahoo Answers profile?
Yes, because of privacy concerns
Yes, because of harassment/stalking/bullying
&Yes, for other reasons
No, but I did in the past
No, I have never hidden my profile
5. If applicable, why did you hide your profile?
All of the "Yes" answers above.
6. If you did not earn points for your answer, would you still answer questions?
Yes
Yes, but not as often
No
&Other (please specify)
Creme brulee or tres leches. Don't look at me like that; YOU asked a yes/no question providing an "other" answer. I demand the requested dessert.
7. Please order these from most to least important to you
Earning points for an answer
Unlocking in-app rewards for your answers
Detailed stats illustrating the reach, reaction and number of views of your content
Leveling up through contributing answers and comments
Global leaderboard
Per category leaderboards
8. How often do you answer a question that you found in the 'Answer' tab?
All the time
Frequently
Occasionally
Rarely
Never
&Other (please specify)
Plain cheesecake. I can do this with you morons all day.
* 9. In respect to a new Yahoo question and answer mobile app, please order these names from best to worst:
Yahoo Answers
Other
Yahoo Answers Plus
Yahoo Answers Now
Yahoo Answers+
Yahoo Answers Mobile
10. Other Name Suggestion
&On every other website in existence, the only difference between the mobile (phone) and desktop / tablet versions of a site is in the formatting. Why differentiate them when nobody else does this? Have y'all truly and completely lost the plot?
11. Why do you answer questions on Yahoo Answers?
&You may wish to post that as a question on Yahoo Answers.
In addition, you may - if again you should ever launch a survey as misguided and overwhelmingly asinine as this one - avoid sending it to people whose questions and answers reside, ninety plus percent of the time, in the Politics section or any of its subsections.
12. Is there anything else you would like to tell us?
&Yahoo Answers is a structurally inept, corrupt, neglected, incompetently policed wasteland of absolute and unyielding ignorance; of unfathomable stupidity; of gibbering and rampant ignorance, and the place where Golding's nightmares of a fly-flecked porcine skull come to true and horrifying fruition.
Don't change a thing.

The poll was strange. I'm not sure what it was asking. It asked if you used the Mobil App then if you say NO, it still wants you to answer about the app that YOU DON"T USE! Like most Yahoo! stuff it was nonsense. I wanted to tell them their photo/video upload don't work half the time so I made up answers to say that! I never answer the personal stuff. Nobodies business.

I didn't even open those emails. I hate surveys. But I would like to add that tiramisu is way better than your dessert choices heehee :)
Where the hell have you been? I miss your funny answers.
