Human drugs to relieve itching are NOT safe for cats. They are not meant to be ingested - and the cat is going to do exactly that. If your cat has itchies from the flea bites, you need to go to the vet both for a proper flea medication, and a round of steroids to relive the itching. The fact that it's a popular item does not mean it's suitable for cats. Don't you think it would have been a good idea to research this PRIOR to putting it on your cat? Wash the spots off with a warm cloth with some soap, and call the vet to get her seen.

If it doesn't say on the label that it is safe to use on cats then it most likely is NOT. Cats lick themselves and your cat will soon eat that stuff, possibly poisoning itself. Wash it off.

I don't think that's a good idea- e-45 is for human itching. You should take your cat to the vets and they should give you some frontline or comfrontis-(I think it's called) to give your cat, as these are specially for animals.
