Why is Trump bragging about the birther movement?
It seems to me that what he's bragging about is that he was enough of a loudmouth to make the President of the United States stop and take time off from his duties running the country just to prove that Trump was lying about him, yet Trump still pursued it for 5 more years after he had been proven wrong! Is it that he had the power to distract from the running of the country even though he was lying? If I were proved wrong, I sure wouldn't keep bringing it up!

On top of that, it's a lie. Trump had nothing to do with Obama releasing his birth certificate. Trump likes to make out that he was a leader of the birther movement whereas in reality he was just one of the bleating sheep.
