IS THIS TOO LITTLE TO EAT FOR A 13 YEAR OLD GIRL?

I don't eat alot lately,i just have no appetite

this is what i ate today and its already 5PM please tell me if this is wrong? I also am going to a friends house so i probably wont eat until maybe at night or the next morning.

*I AM NOT TRYING TO STARVE MYSELF,I AM JUST NOT FEELING VERY HUNGRY AND MY FAMILY JUST TOLD ME TO EAT THIS.*

1 cream cheese bagel and half of home fries

4 pieces of sushi and 5 pieces of crab meat

1 slice of pizza,and ive had 4 water bottles (8 glasses)

IS THIS BAD? :(

Weight?: 140 lBS,Height either 5''1 or 5''2 I measured last month as 5''1 but idk if i've grown. Also yesterday i ate

1 bowl of cheerios,1 bowl of spaghetti,1 cupcake,salad and bread. I know i didnt eat alot but im starting to have weird periods where im not hungry..so i dont wanna force myself to eat if im not hungry ya know?

BY PIECES OF CRAB I MEAN THE LITTLE CHUNKS YOU GET,NOT BIG CRAB LEG

    At your age - you should be eating at least 1,400 calories. And what you are eating is only 500-800 calories which simply isn't enough. We need food in order to be healthy and to grow. If you continue to eat like this - you could damage your health as well as your growth and so much more.

    I can t answer this unless you tell me how many calories... for example 1 slice of pizza could range from 400 to 800 calories, a cream cheese bagel could range from 300 to 500. Also, how many ounces of water was in each bottle? Don t expect people to answer this question until you give them measurements of how many calories you consumed and how many ounces of water you drank.
