OMG DEFINITELY THE FOAM ONES damn those things are so much better than the ******* regular ones the difference is honestly unbelievable. I mean they're nice and light for nighttime but I stick to tampons for the day just because it makes the day so much easier and so much more comfortable. Although if you can't wear tampons for a medical reason or just don't feel comfortable that's totally okay. But as I said earlier the foam ones are the way to go. I mean even on my heavy flow days they're still great since the brand I bought has wings!
