Do a nicki minaj hair cut. It's cute. It's medium to long lenth in front and short in back. Make sure you dye it cool!

Why not go for black with magenta and purple panels? Or loads of flashes? Get a rainbow pixie with leopard print shaved sides. You sound like someone who would do this.
Honestly? Fail safe colour that can go with anything (the paler you are the better) is blonde. My go-to. Bright or platinum blonde are bombshell colours. Look at Pink the singer and see if there's any wigs or styles she has you like.
