Is there an android app that records until you enter a code to shut off?

Update:

So, many cops have been caught doing illegal **** only because they failed to turn off a cellphone recording. Is there any app that once you start recording only shuts off when you do some extra steps like enter a code? so that it is harder to shut off?

Yes, nothing would stop a cop from ripping the battery out or smashing it, but anything helps

    there is an app for just about anything including the one that allows them to take over your phone to fix a problem
