If someone likes me but I don't like them back nd they send me a text, should I ignore it?

Or would that be rude? It is a coworker.

    It would be considered common courtesy (maybe you've heard of it) to politely let them know you're not interested in them as they are in you and to please stop texting you. If they dont' stop, then simply block them.

    Yes thats rude af. At least tell them that you dont like them and you dont wish to talk to them. Why did you give him your number in the first place?
