Deaf people, what language do you think in?

I mean, when im thinking to myself, i talk to my self... So do you sign to your self in your heads?

    Probably. Deaf people have a hell of a time learning how to read due to no inner monologue, at least those born completely deaf. I knew a deaf guy. He was 20 and read only at about a 4th grade level.

    And they read and think in whatever language they were brought up in.
