It's not possible to tell who moved to Iowa. Rewrite the sentence: "After he moved the Iowa, Walter became Mack's partner."

What kind of grammar error does the sentence have? It is unclear who "he" is, Mack or Walter.
A possible correction: Mack became Walter's partner after Walter moved to Iowa.

Punctuation. Context might also apply. But as it stands there is no great error. Most reading it would understand the general intent.
Remove a space. Alter the punctuation.
