Can't seem to add a comment.?
"Hand" icon appears when I rollover the "add your comment" box, but it doesn't allow me enter anything. I'm brand new to this. Any help out there?
Update:
Resolved by using Windows 10 "Edge" instead of Internet Explorer.

Ah-HA! moment. it appears that the old internet explorer no longer supports Windows 10. Signed back in using the Edge in Windows 10, and problem appears to be resolved.
