Can a person receive God's spirit without a visible organization such as the Jehovah's Witnesses belief?

Yes I think so. If God so chooses. He did it in the book of Acts, and I've heard a few testimonies along that line. That said if you're looking for a free pass to skip church that's a poor attitude. Part of being a Christian is fellowship, mutual teaching and encouragement, and pooling resources to provide for good ministries.
That said I wouldn't go near JW's. They teach that ONLY the Watchtower Organisation can interpret the bible, and anyone else is wrong and evil. I think they get some basic things wrong, including who Jesus is and the hatred Watchtower has preached toward other christians. I don't actually know any JW's, but from what I've read I'm not convinced they actually follow the true gospel and true Jesus.

Can you receive God's holy spirit if you are not a Christian witness of Jehovah?
No

"The wind bloweth where it listeth, and thou hearest the sound thereof, but canst not tell whence it cometh, and whither it goeth: so is every one that is born of the Spirit." (John 3:8)
The verse above, doesn't state that the visible organization such as the Jehovah's Witnesses needs to be around.... does it? IN fact they weren't around then.

Absolutely you can.
Just read the bible and it will tell you what you need to do in order to be saved. Some men who live in Bethel NY don't even get a mention.
Does that mean you should go to church and shouldn't have fellowship with other Christians? Absolutely not. This helps your relationship with Christ grow but you must choose your group wisely.

Well, a bible student needs God's spirit to change their ways.
But, they do need somebody to guide them.
Pretty evident by what is recorded by holy spirit

According to the Bible, yes.
But hubris-filled, egotistical cults like the Jehovah's Witnesses, believe that they have a monopoly on God; that one must be in their little group for them to qualify as a true worshiper and have God's blessings. Their leaders twist the scriptures to exalt themselves and spiritually abuse and manipulate the members into a state of blind unquestioning obedience, and a fear of sound, independent thinking.
These cults are prideful, selfish egotists through and through. They are preoccupied with membership growth and are all about boasting in their works and saying that they are the best and exalting themselves as God's special, exclusive channel to mankind, while they tear down and condemn all other religions as evil. (contrast Luke 18:9-14) They are so full of themselves. They are really all about promoting their man-made sectarian cult organizations, furthering its earthly interests and that of the cult leaders, and not really about preaching Christ.
If there really is a God and he gives his spirit to others I would put my bet on him giving it to non-aligned/non-denominational, independent Christians who refuse to engage in the petty, divisive, sectarianism that the JWs and other cults are so steeped in.

Absolutely, although you'll find many churches saying differently.
I guess I'll let the bible tell me by reading about all the Old Testament heroes who were simple led by God and didn't "belong" to an organisation and I'll let God tell me by listening to His word (as it's "LIVING and ACTIVE", as Jesus will never leave or forsake me, as Jesus sent "another" counsellor to guide me into ALL truth, as the Father told me He would write His laws in my heart, etc)

Yes, the Holy Spirit is always calling, everybody, all the time. One does not need an organization.

No.
With the appointment of the "Faithful and Discreet Slave" (Matthew 24) to provide for Christ's household, those who refuse to "accept" the spiritual food from the Slave, will not have the holy spirit.
(Matthew 24:45-47) 45 “Who really is the faithful and discreet slave whom his master appointed over his domestics, to give them their food at the proper time? 46 Happy is that slave if his master on coming finds him doing so! 47 Truly I say to you, he will appoint him over all his belongings.
