I am 17 and a cheerleader I have been going to practice everyday I just found out I'm 5 weeks pregnant now I scared ail the intense workout and flips could have hurt the baby

The baby is well protected from injury in there throughout pregnancy. The main risk of being overly active and getting jarred around is causing placental abruption. As early on in pregnancy as you state you are, the placenta isn't even really formed much yet, so it being torn off from the uterine wall isn't a real risk.
You should probably consult your OB about how you should proceed in terms of your sports activity and of course your coach will need to know about your condition.
