You guys are so mentally challenged. You'll just repeat any ridiculous garbage without fact checking or caring what the truth actually is.
This was a book reading. Note the public library banner. He was invited to do a reading from his book where a character in the book says that line.

He is reading a passage from his book in which a character is uttering those words in relation to a discussion of Malcolm X.
