Christine Michael for Alshon Jeffery?

Should I trade Michael for Jeffery? I feel like I'd be getting a better value, but I'm a little light on good backs. Is it worth it?

    If you're light on RBs, no especially since Michael is averaging more than 5 pts/game (standard Yahoo scoring) more than Jeffery now.

    I think Michael is more valuable. Jeffery is injury prone and disappears too often.
