So,I have a crush on a boy,He's only 1 grade above me. We live across the street from eachother. We don't talk at school but usually he sees me and runs after me and we talk til I need to cross the street and he walks buy to his house. Today he ran to me and I was talking then I was like ''So why'd you come after me?'' and hes like ''Because I need someone to talk to haha.'' He always looks at me,I wouldn't say im attractive but I've been told i have a chill vibe haha. Does he like me? what are some signs?

Signs that a guy likes you are He is AFRAID to talk to you. Isn't that what you are like WHEN YOU LIKE a guy?? Be Honest.
Ask him out, before some other girl gets his interest/attention.
TO GET A DATE, WITHOUT HAVING TO ASK:
INVITATIONS and ASKING for a Date are the same thing, but an invitation is easier to offer, rather than ask for a date. Writing a note and handing it to him or having someone hand it to him, or even text this, will be okay.
Most invitations are in WRITTEN FORM.
(if on paper, add ph# so now He has it)
EXAMPLE: "I'm going for ice cream after school at (location), you can join me if you're not busy. My treat."
YOU WON'T HAVE TO FEEL EMBARRASSED if he declines.
