You don't.
Losing weight is not skipping meals, sweetie. That's unhealthy and a bad habit.
Losing weight IS possible without skipping meals, while keeping a healthy weight. Drink a lot of water, eat green vegetables, bananas and pure fruit smoothies are very filling and are the same as a meal, but don't feel like it. Please don't skip meals, there are better ways to losing weight. ♥
